Shipping & Returns
We currently do not ship internationally at this time.
Our products are primarily shipped using USPS. Certain items can not be shipped via USPS and we reserve the right to modify the shipping selections if necessary.
Most order ship within 24 hours. Our ship time is 4pm Central time. There are some cases in which orders will be delayed. Most common is order verification. This occurs when a shipping and billing address does not match.
Our shipping department will be closed on weekends and all Federal Holidays. Any order placed during that time frame will ship within the next 2 business days. Under normal circumstances your order will ship within 24 hours of purchase.
Certain items we sell are prohibited in certain areas. Please check the laws in your area on ownership and carrying of these items. Make sure that you have read and understand our TERMS & CONDITIONS. You will be required to agree to them before making your purchase.
All orders over $300 are shipped with a signature required.
In some cases orders that are shipped to an address that is not authorized by the credit card issuer are subject to delays, verification emails/phone calls and/or cancellation. Additionally, in some cases orders that are shipped to an address other than the authorized billing address are subject to delay and verification. In situations where we cannot authenticate the validity of an order that order will be cancelled.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $99.00
All orders shipped from our store come in an unmarked box with no advertising. Shipping labels do not have the stores name to help prevent theft.
All orders that are requested to be canceled by the buyer via email or phone before they ship will be charged a cancellation/restocking fee of $25 (Buyers Remorse Fee).
We accept returns but have special requirements to do so.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may notify us within 3 days of receipt for a refund of the cost of the items. Shipping charges are no refundable. If your purchase qualified for free shipping the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking and credit card processing fee.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received and must be shipped fully insured via any common carrier.
Most knives are guaranteed by the makers and have manufacturer's warranty. In the case of a manufactures error you will need to contact the maker first. We can help you with this process.
Contact us before sending any item back as a return. All returns must be insured.
Once your returned items have arrived at our location they will be inspected before a refund will be issued. You will be notified within 2 business days of receipt if you qualify for a return.
Before any item leaves our store it is inspected to make sure the item(s) you purchased are flawless and in perfect working order. Nothing worse than opening the box to your shiny new knife and something is wrong with it......I hate that!
